- Storefront: faceted catalog, fuzzy search, product pages with structured data, and a slide-out cart.
- Checkout through Stripe with live carrier rates and discount codes, with stock reserved when checkout starts and released if it lapses, so nothing oversells.
- Admin: inventory with sales velocity and margin, a ship queue with pick lists, label purchase, refunds, roles and an audit log. The admin exists only on a private network host.
- A line-by-line security audit found 17 issues, including a real double-refund race; 16 were fixed and one was accepted.
